Glossy baths wants our customers to have complete peace of mind when they chose us to carry out their work. We have complete confidence that our work is done to last and therefore included in the pricing is our generous customer guarantee. Please see details below for terms and conditions.

We regret that we cannot offer any guarantee for rust repairs, this is due to risk that the issue could be caused by plumbing issues and if these issues aren’t addressed then this could cause the rust to reappear.

* Only bathroom sink resurfaces are covered by our 7 year guarantee, this is due to kitchen sinks having excessive wear and tear which makes them high risk for getting damaged. Pots, pans, cutlery and other sharp objects can all damage the newly enamelled surface and this is unfortunately beyond our control.

Bath/shower tray/ sink resurface* – 7 year guarantee for any flaking or cracking of new enamel
Bath / Sink / Shower Tray cracks – 3 months guarantee for flaking or cracking of new enamel, this is due to other external factors that can cause cracks to reappear outside of our control; all efforts will be made to prevent this from happening when the job is completed.

bath / sink chips – 1 year guarantee for flaking, cracking or repair coming away from fixture
